Vega de San Martín get a bronze Medal in the World Cheese Awards 2015
Vega de San Martin is the award-winning a year at the International Contest of cheeses, World Cheese Awards, held last October 26 in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
This year the cheese is award-winning it has been the Madurado San Martín, a pressed cheese made from raw goat milk of the own livestock, and natural rennet goat.
Vega de San Martín it is an artisanal cheese young, but with a long tradition behind it, and that stands for high quality products, but this has not been a novelty for the artisanal cheese, Vega de San Martín, as several of their cheeses have been awarded in previous editions of this renowned contest.
