The Dairy

We carry out the elaboration of our cheeses by combining the latest technical advances with the traditional form of work. So we have a cheese factory equipped with the latest technology, and a young staff, and yet, highly qualified and, what is almost more important, endowed with a great illusion.

We produce cheese with freshly milked, and strictly controlled milk. Health analyses are undertaken regularly in order to preserve the maximum health status, and thus work with raw milk.
